For questions regarding bus routes, transportation assignments, pickup or drop-off information, or other transportation concerns, please contact the Matteson School District 162 Transportation Department.
Bus Stop & Pickup Expectations
To help ensure smooth and timely pickups, students should arrive at their assigned bus stop 7 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and remain at the stop for up to 7 minutes after the scheduled time.
Please allow additional flexibility during the opening weeks of school as routes, traffic patterns, and pickup times settle into a regular schedule.
Special Education Transportation
Parents and guardians of students with disabilities who may require specialized transportation services should contact their child’s case manager. Transportation needs are determined through the appropriate special education process based on each student’s individual needs.
