Mr. Sean O'Connor

A native of Chicago's southeast side, Mr. O'Connor attended St. Francis de Sales High School before studying at Illinois Wesleyan University. While at IWU, Mr. O'Connor earned a BA in history while also playing four years of football. He has taught social studies at the junior high school level since 2014 in both parochial and public settings.

At O.W. Huth, Mr. O'Connor is the gifted social studies teacher. He also serves as the school's PBIS coordinator and is a licensed classroom culture coach.

Prior to completing his teaching licensure at Trinity Christian College, Mr. O'Connor coached football at Robert Morris University. Mr. O'Connor has also served as an assistant football coach at Chicago Christian High School in Palos Heights.

Mr. O'Connor is married. He resides in the western suburbs with his wife and daughter.
