Mrs. Ashley L Hanson

I am excited to work as the Reading Specialist for Illinois School. I have taught for thirteen years in Matteson School District 162 and have served the district in a number of ways. I taught at Indiana School teaching a wonderful group of 5th grade students for eight years! I also served as a spelling bee coach and district coordinator, mentor, school newspaper editor, and RTI school coordinator. I love fostering students to learn to love reading! I look forward to a year of growth and success!
