Mr. Kowalsky attended Horlick High School in Racine, Wisconsin. He has been been an instructor of high school mathematics and statistics in public, private, college, and charter schools for 42 years.  He has taught in Jefferson Wisconsin, Ghana West Africa, Stone Mountain GA, Lake Forest, Winnetka, Chicago, and Richton Park IL.

He especially likes teaching Calculus and Statistics and works hard at making mathematics RELEVANT. Kowalsky has had years of experience teaching in those disciplines.

In 2019, he was named "Illinois Charter High School Teacher of the Year".

Kowalsky is married.  He has two children and one grandchild. He lives in Beverly.
