Mrs. Shorter has been teaching 4th grade at Sauk School for 20 years. Before teaching at Sauk, she taught for 1 year in Chicago. Prior to that, she worked at the Quaker Oats Company.  During her time at Quaker, she graduated with a BS from Northwestern University and a Master's in Education from DePaul University.
