Francine Castillo teaches 3rd grade at Arcadia School. She has been in a classroom for 12 years, and a classroom teacher for 8 years. This is her fourth year at Arcadia. Ms. Castillo started her career teaching first grade at a school on the south side and also directed a special education program in South Holland.

She received her Bachelors in Elementary Education with a minor in English as well as a Master of Arts in Special Education from Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, Illinois.

In her personal time, Ms. Castillo enjoys reading, travelling, and riding her bike.

Michelle Dusing has been teaching in Matteson School District 162 for 14 years. She is currently teaching third grade in a co-taught classroom at Arcadia School. Mrs. Dusing graduated from Governors State University with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education. 

Mrs. Dusing enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching and playing sports. She has a five-year-old daughter that keeps the family busy!!!
