I have taught in Matteson 162 for 25 years and have been at Arcadia School for 19 years. I started in the pre-kindergarten program and continued to full-day kindergarten, and then landed in first grade. At the end of 2018, I retired as a first grade teacher, but have come back as a reading academic support coach for Kindergarten, First Graders, and Second Graders because I love teaching. The scholars and leaders of Arcadia are full of life and a love for learning. I 'm challenged every year to inspire my students to become the best that they can be going forward in our world to be responsible students and citizens! I am married to my husband Jesse and we live in Schererville.  I have two grown daughters and two granddaughters.
