Mrs. Cooper

 Welcome to Mrs. Cooper's 5th grade class! I am excited to start a new year of learning with my class. Let me begin by sharing a little bit about me. 

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from lllinois State University and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from Governors State University. My career as teacher began many years ago. This is my 25th  year of teaching at Indiana Elementary School. Although I enjoy teaching all subjects, math and reading are my favorites! I am married and have two adult children. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, reading, and watching sports, especially football and basketball. Go Bears!

My goal as a teacher is to inspire students to become lifelong learners and future leaders. 

I look forward to a rewarding and productive school year!
