Mrs. Sarah Shookman

Mrs. Sarah Shookman is a graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on special education. She is currently enrolled at Olivet University to further her degree in special education. This is her first year at Illinois School as the special education resource teacher for K-3. She had previously taught kindergarten and pre-kindergarten for 13 years. She is very excited to be at Illinois school and to be a part of such an amazing school family.

Mrs. Shookman lives in Orland Park with her husband and two children. She has a 7 year old son, Lincoln, who is in second grade, and a 4 year old son, Jace, who goes to preschool.
