Ms. Richards

Hello Eagles! Welcome to the homepage of Ms. Richards, second grade teacher at Matteson Elementary. Ms. Richards student taught second grade, spent her first year teaching kindergarten, and moved back to second grade. This is her 5th year teaching and 2nd year in the district. She is a PROUD product of Matteson School District 162. She attended Arcadia, Indiana, and Huth. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with her Bachelors' and Western Illinois University with her Masters’. She is currently a second year doctoral student as well. Outside of school, she also owns a skincare business.

While she do not have any children of her own, she claims all of her lovely students (previous and current) and she has 5 godchildren! Her other favorite things include any and all things beauty, traveling, Disney, Target shopping sprees, and community service with her sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.
