Ms. Lauren Paluch

Hello everyone! Ms. Paluch is the School Social Worker and Case Manager for Indiana School students. She provides social, emotional, and mental health support services to our students. She also works with the student's families to locate community resources. Ms. Paluch works collaboratively with students, their families, teachers, and supportive staff to remove barriers to the student's educational learning. Her goal is to provide a safe space for students needs to be met. Ms. Paluch is responsible for ensuring services and supports are in place and provided as determined by the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP), and may act as a liaison between the student's teachers and parents.

Ms. Paluch earned a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Xavier University in 2017. She also earned a Master's of Social Work from University of Illinois Chicago in 2020. She lives in Chicago, IL and has a dog named Rizzo!
