Ms. Donna Carter

Mrs. Carter is excited to be co-teaching in 4th grade this year with Ms. Roskos. She has been teaching for 18 years. This is her third year at Arcadia School, but the start of her 15th year in District 162.

Mrs. Carter obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from the University of St. Francis in Joliet and a Master’s Degree in Reading from the University of St. Xavier in Orland Park. When she is not in school, Ms. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and pets, going for walks, gardening, playing Candy Crush, making jewelry and binge watching various shows.

Ms. Juliet Roskos

This is Ms. Roskos's sixth year in Matteson School District 162.  She graduated from Saint Xavier University in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Ms. Roskos has been teaching for twelve amazing years. Fourth grade is her favorite grade to teach! 

Ms. Roskos believes that fourth grade is a year of becoming more responsible-as well as more independent.  She believes in working together to make this the best year ever! 

Outside of school, Ms. Roskos enjoys yoga, running, and going for walks with her dog, Calvin. She is also a huge fan of the Harry Potter books. Reading is her favorite subject, and she loves having discussions with her students about their favorite books!
