Welcome to 3rd grade!

My name is Lauren Vorva and I am a 3rd grade teacher at Illinois School. This will be my second full year teaching. I graduated from St. Ambrose University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. I am currently working toward my Masters in Educational Technology: Curriculum and Instruction at Concordia University Chicago. My philosophy is that every student learns differently, so it is my job to make sure I know and understand each student to ensure they can achieve their specific goals. Out of school, I enjoy playing sand volleyball, reading, catching up with friends and family, and traveling. I love what I do and I look forward to seeing my students everyday!
