Welcome To Precalculus Honors!
This is a full year, 1-credit course required for graduation that evaluates and analyzes the twelve basic functions through problem-solving strategies (understand, develop, solve, and interpret) and The Rule of Four (algebraic, numerical, graphical, and verbal methods of presenting problems). These types of problems, and their strategies and techniques, will develop the necessary analysis skills that are vital to success in Calculus next year. Success in this course is vital to success in Calculus in college.
Prerequisite: Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2 Trigonometry Honors
