Students will be assessed weekly through tests, quizzes, assignments, projects, and homework. The grade book is weighted. Homework is worth 10% of the overall grade; Tests and Quizzes are worth 50%; Classwork, 25% and Projects, 15%. Student’s progress can be viewed on POWER SCHOOL.  All students work is expected on the due date for full credit. All late work will receive point deductions resulting in partial credit. All absent and make-up work must be completed and turned in within the time period equal to the number of days absent from school. Progress reports will be distributed and sent home during mid-quarter.

Power School provides instant visibility to assignments, scores, grades, comments and progress for each student. I will be using the email feature to keep you informed on assignments for a given day and/or upcoming quizzes, tests, and projects. It is imperative that parents/guardians access their account by signing up in order to receive these updates.
