Dear Parents,

Welcome to Arcadia School!  Hello, My name is Mrs. Parduhn and I am very excited to be your child's first grade teacher this year! I have been a teacher in Matteson School District 162 for 16 years. I taught Kindergarten for 4 years and this is my 12th year as a first grade teacher.   I am a highly qualified teacher with a BA in Elementary Education. 

My teaching philosophy is simple. I love teaching, and my passion is to teach my students to love learning! It is so important to instill a love of reading and math at a young age.
