Mrs. Lisota

Karen Lisota is a third grade co-taught special education teacher this year. She will be working with both Mrs. Woodworth and Mrs. Landingham this school year.  It will be a wonderful year! She has taught for 20 years total, and this is her tenth year in Matteson.  She taught for 11 years in Riverside and then took time off to raise her family.  She is very happy to be back in Matteson again this year.  Mrs. Lisota received a bachelor's degree in special education from Illinois State University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University.  Her interests include spending time with her husband and three children.  She also loves to read!!  She is looking forward to another wonderful year working with you and your child!  Please don't hesitate to contact Mrs. Lisota with any questions or concerns you may have.
